We collect only the details necessary to enable your search for medication availability such as medication name, and preferred pharmacy location. We never collect or store personally identifiable information (PII) about patients in our systems.
Information shared with pharmacies includes only the prescription details you provide, never any patient PII. We retain search information for 12 months for operational safety, then permanently remove it. We use only essential cookies for core site operation and no tracking.
Your rights & our practices
Under GDPR, you may request access to or deletion of any information provided in a search. All information processed for search is strictly limited to essentials, and never used for marketing.
We do not sell or share any information with third parties for marketing or analytics. Our search platform operates on a privacy-first basis, and we adhere fully to UK data protection law.
